The location of the hotel is excellent, and it's price is very fair for London. The staff was also friendly and helpful.
The hotel claims to offer wifi throughout the hotel, but it was only available in the lower rooms, lobby, and breakfast area. The main reason we chose it over other hotels was the free internet, so needless to say we were disappointed that this hotel did not provide what it promised.

Very cheerful staff entire time.
Warm room with a particularly good bathroom and an electric kettle, central heating and an ironing set. Soft bed and a particularly nice view. Brilliant and awesome location a few steps away from Pimlico. A kind of helpful service.

Both at the reception and in the breakfast room, the staff were friendly and helpful. Lovely and clean rooms and although basic was suitable for the job!
No lift and narrow staircase.

Perfect location and super friendly staff!
I stayed for 3 nights with my group, and wow, the location was spot on! Just a short walk to both Pimlico and Victoria stations. The staff were sooo nice, reminded me of home. The room had a fab city view! Only downside was the hairdryer placement-would've been better in the bathroom. Oh, and loved the cozy cafes nearby!

receptionist was kind and friendly, did his best to help. room was clean and conveniently located (10 mts from victoria station in london)
despite what was promised, no internet connection in the room (apparently a temporary problem, but wasn't sorted while we were there).

The staff was super friendly and helped us explore places like the nearby coffee shops and parks. It's just a short walk to the tube, made getting around easy. I recommend this place for its nice atmosphere and clean rooms.
Our room was on the top floor, and the stairs were quite a workout. It was tough carrying our bags up there, especially after a long day.

We had to climb 78 steps to our very small room and were unaware that we could state that we didn't want to be on a high level.

Amazing views of London Eye, charming Victorian architecture, secure building access
The absence of enough furniture for comfort and those frustratingly narrow stairs could, especially with larger luggage!!!

I was in london on personal business and found the hotel within easy walking distance of the places I needed to get to
I can say that all the staff were friendly and made me feel at home which means a lot when in another country I would consider them all friends from the manager to the kitchen staff It is the best hotel I have stayed at in London having been there frequently over the past thirty years thats high recommendation
